Can my customers get a discount when purchasing via an affiliate's link?

Yes, you can add an auto-applied discount for your customers at Programs > Edit > Tracking by Link Rules > Customer Discount. When it's enabled, your customers will automatically get a discount when visiting your store via any affiliate's link!
