I or my affiliates didn't receive the verification email
There may be times when you don't receive a verification email that you requested. If you're not seeing it in your Inbox, check out these suggestions:
Refresh you web browser: Occasionally you may need to manually refresh your browser to check for new emails.
Review all of your folders, filters, and labels (e.g., Gmail's Spam/Junk folder, Social and Promotional labels/tabs): Sometimes your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mails out of the Inbox by default.
Check for typos: Check the spelling of the email address and request another email to the corrected address if there was a typo.
Add BixGrow to your safelist: It's possible that the email may have bounced or been blocked. Search for “no-reply@bixgrow.com” or try adding ""@bixgrow.com"" to your contact/safe sender list, then request another verification email.
Avoid using role, group, or alias addresses: Some role addresses can be verified, but many can't - because multiple people may have access to one role email address. It's best to use an individual one.
Verify a different email address: When all else fails, try using another email address.
