I set up Multi-level Marketing but don't know how to make currenr affiliates uplines/downlines of that network tree

If affiliate B signs up using affiliate A's network link, A will automatically become B's network parent and vice versa - B will automatically become A's network downline. You can always navigate to Affiliates > click on an affiliate's name > Network > click Set Parent and select an upline for the affiliate.
