What are my orders' tracking statuses?

There are 4 statuses an order can be in total:
- Pending: the order has been recorded as a successful referral order and is pending the merchant's approval
- Approved: the order has been recorded as a successful referral order and has been approved to be commissioned by the merchant
- Denied: the order has been denied to be commissioned by the merchant or has been recorded as an ineligible referral order due to having violated a Fraud Protection's rule
- Refunded: the order has been recorded as a successful referral order but then has item(s) refunded before being commissioned
