I want to give Advanced Commissions based on Coupon/Customer/Lifetime tracking

1. What are Advanced Commission Rules?


Allows you to apply different commission rates based on some specific requirements about customers, coupons or lifetime commisison.

If an order meets more than one condition set up in Advanced Commission Rule, only the rule with higher priority will be applied. You can change their priority by rearranging the rules.



2. Not sure how to use this feature? Here are a few examples to help you apply it.


1. Only track commissions for orders made by new customers - those who haven't made purchases from your store before


In this example, if the customer is a returning one, no commission will be recorded.

2. Offer a different commission rate for orders made by new customers


In this example, if the customer is new, the commission will be 5% [Please keep in mind that a different default commission for affiliates must be set up first]. If the customer is a returning customer who has made a purchase before, the commission will be the default commission rate for program.

3. Disable tracking or reward for some specific coupon codes


In this example, if the order has a coupon whose name contains "HOLIDAY" applied, it will not be tracked nor given any commissions.

4. Offering a lower commission rate from the second orders when lifetime commission is activated


In this example, the commission that affiliates receive for their subsequent orders will be 5% [Please keep in mind that a different default commission must be set up first (e.g: 10%)].
